آفاق الرقمنة وانعكاساتها على التنمية الاقتصادية

الملخص
إنّ الاهتمام بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال يعد حتمية حضارية ذات أبعاد تكنولوجية اقتصادية واجتماعية، وذلك من أجل الاستمرارية في تحقيق مستويات تنافسية وتنموية، تضمن للاقتصاد نموا مستديما، وللأجيال القادمة تلبية حاجاتها المختلفة بشكل متوازن يساير المعايير المعاصرة للمستوى المعيشي في إطار معايير التنمية البشرية. لذلك سعت الدراسة إلى معرفة الرقمنة وتميزها على الاقتصاد الرقمي وتقدير حجم تطورهم وتحديد نطاقهم، والوقوف على هيكلية الرقمنة الاقتصادية ومعرفة أهم أهدافها الأساسية، وكيف تم تسخير الرقمنة في الجزائر من أجل النهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة. The interest in information and communication technologies is a civilized imperative with economic and social technological dimensions, in order to continue to achieve competitive and development levels that guarantee sustainable growth for the economy, and for future generations to meet their different needs in a balanced way and in accordance with contemporary standards of living standards within the framework of human development standards. Therefore, this study sought to review what is currently known in order to develop the definition of digitization and distinguish it from the digital economy and to assess the size of their development and determine their scope, and to stand on the structure of digitization of economic and knowledge of the most important objectives and assistance, and how to use digitization in achieving the goals of sustainable development , using the inductive method to analyse some of the initiatives of Algeria in digitization, which accelerated the pace of access to sustainable development.
