الملخص
يحتل التراث الثقافي أهمیة كبیرة من زويا كثيرة فله أهمیته دینیة، حیث كان الدین الباعث الأهم في بدایة الاهتمام بالتراث، كما أن للتراث أهمیته الحضاریة الثقافیة فهو مكون أصیل في شخصية الأمم وذاكرتها وهویتها، كما أن للتراث الثقافي أهمیة من الناحیة المادیة-الاقتصادیة باعتباره من أحد أهم عوامل الجذب السیاحي، إضافة إلى الأهمیة الخاصة التي یحظى بها. لذلك جاءت هذه المداخلة لتبين أهمية التراث الثقافي والأخطار التي تهدده، وسبل الحماية من هذه الأخطار، وتحديد طبيعته القانونية، مما يعزز حمايته باعتباره مال عام. Cultural heritage occupies great importance from many angles, as it has religious significance, where religion was the most important motivator at the beginning of interest in heritage, and heritage has its civilizational cultural importance, as it is an original component in the personality, memory and identity of nations, and cultural heritage is important from a material-economic aspect as it is one of the The most important tourist attractions, in addition to the special importance it enjoys. Therefore, this intervention came to show the importance of cultural heritage and the dangers that threaten it, ways to protect against these dangers, and to determine its legal nature, which enhances its protection as public money.
