Abstract
Abstract : According to the international law of Environmental disputes, Environmental disputes are qualitative in nature and contain contradictions in its approaches, including conflict over water resources and natural wealth... They differ in their nature from the disputes of international trade contracts, where they are disputes arising from the assault on the environment in one of its elements. Likewise, we are in the process of attacking the components of the environment. Which we protect against the aggression on the environment. Is our means of resorting to international means of judiciary and arbitration or resorting to national courts, and the basis by which we defend the assault on the environment.
