آليات حماية المستهلك الإلكتروني

الملخص
الملخص: لقد حاولنا في هذه الدراسة أن نتناول موضوعا حديثا وهو الحماية الجنائية للمستهلك الالكتروني، وتقوم التجارة الالكترونية عبر الأنترنت، حيث يعد من الأمور الحديثة التي فرضت نفسها بقوة خلال الحقبة الأخيرة من اقرن العشرين، ولأن التجارة الإلكترونية عبر الانترنت تتعرض لمشكلات عديدة لقد اتجهنا نحو هذه الدراسة . ونظرا للعلاقة الوثيقة بين الأنترنت والتجارة الالكترونية، لقد سعينا من خلال الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على تلك الظاهرة التي غمرت العالم المعاملات التجارية وتعرضنا للعلاقة بينهما وأن الأنترنت شبكة النقل المعلومات والاتصالات غير مملوكة لأحد، وتؤدي التجارة الإلكترونية إلى خلق مجتمع اللاورقية. أن التجارة الالكترونية ذلك المصطلح الذي أصبح واقعا في عالمن المعاصر لانتشارها بين الأشخاص من خلال ولوجهم لشبكة الأنترنت ونتج عن ذلك العديد من المعاملات التجارية الدولية والمحلية بين الأفراد والمؤسسات والحكومات وكذلك میلاد نوع جديد من العقود هو العقد الالكتروني عبر الأنترنت ،ولهذا وضعت الآليات التي تضمن للمستهلك الإلكتروني حماية حقوقه ،و كذا ضمان الحقوق وفقا للقواعد العامة ،و زيادة ثقة المستهلك الإلكتروني In this study we have tried to address a recent topic, which is criminal protection for the electronic consumer, and electronic commerce is based on the Internet, as it is one of the modern matters that imposed itself strongly during the last era of the twentieth century, and because electronic commerce via the Internet is exposed to many problems, we have moved towards this study . In view of the close relationship between the Internet and electronic commerce, we have sought through the study to shed light on that phenomenon that flooded the world of commercial transactions and exposed the relationship between them and that the Internet, the information and communication transmission network that is not owned by anyone, and electronic commerce leads to the creation of a paperless society. Electronic commerce is that term that has become a reality in the contemporary world due to its spread among people through their access to the Internet, and this resulted in many international and local commercial transactions between individuals, institutions and governments, as well as the birth of a new type of contract, which is the electronic contract over the Internet. Protecting his rights, as well as ensuring rights in accordance with the general rules, and increasing the confidence of the electronic consumer
