دراسة تحليلية لدور مشروع إصلاح السوق المالي في تحسين أداء سوق البورصة "تقييم أثر الإصلاحات على تجربة شركة أليانس للتأمينات"

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية و ضرورة الإصلاحات المالية للنهوض بسوق البورصة و إضفاء الديناميكية على نشاطها من خلال تجربة مؤسسة أليانس كأول مؤسسة خاصة تدخل السوق و تحليل التأثيرات و التغييرات التي طرأت على أدائها بعد لجوئها لعملية رفع رأس مالها عن طريق البورصة من خلال الاكتتاب العام و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الأداء المالي و التنظيمي لشركة أليانس لم يعرف تطورا كبيرا رغم طول فترة الدراسة و التي تسمح بتقييم الأداء بفعالية This study aims to highlight the importance and necessity of financial reforms to advance the stock market and add dynamism to its activity through the experience of the Alliance Corporation as the first private institution to enter the market and analyze the impacts and changes that occurred on its performance after resorting to raising its capital through the stock exchange through public subscription. The study concluded that the financial and organizational performance of Alliance has not witnessed a major development despite the length of the study period, which allows for effective performance evaluation. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence l'importance et la nécessité des réformes financières pour faire progresser la bourse et dynamiser son activité à travers l'expérience de la Fondation Alliances comme première institution privée cotée enbourse et analyser les effets et les changements intervenus sur ses performances après avoir recouru au processus de levée de capital en bourse par souscription publique L'étude conclut que les performances financières et organisationnelles d'Alliances n'ont pas connu d'évolution significative malgré la longueur de la période d'étude, ce qui permet une évaluation efficace des performances.
