الملخص
يسعى المستثمرون للبحث عن الشركات التي بها هياكل سليمة لممارسة حوكمة الشركات والتي تتوقف بدرجة كبيرة على فعالية مجلس الإدارة، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى ابراز دور مجلس الإدارة في التطبيق السليم لمبادئ حوكمة الشركات ومدى مساهمته في تحسين الأداء المالي بالتركيز على شركة أليانس للتأمينات. حيث توصلت هذه الدراسة أن الشركة تتمتع بمجلس إدارة فعال ساهم في تحسين أداء الشركة بشكل عام وأدائها المالي بشكل خاص والذي تم قياسه بمعدل العائد على الأصول ومعدل العائد حق الملكية. :Abstract Investors strive to look for companies with sound structures to execute corporate governance that largely depend on the effectiveness of the Board of Directors. This study aims at highlighting the role of the Board of Directors in the proper application for the principles of corporate governance and its contribution to improving financial performance by focusing on Allianis Insurance company. Where the study come up that the company has an effective board of directors that contributed to the improvement of the company's performance in general and its financial performance in particular, which was measured by the rate of return on assets and the rate of return of property right.
