-دور منظمة أوبك وتحالف أوبك بلاس في أسواق النفط الدولية -دراسة قياس اقتصادية

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة، إلى بحث دور منظمة أوبك ومن بعدها تحالف أوبك+ في ضبط وتحديد أسعار النفط في الأسواق الدولية، وذلك عبر مقاربة وصفية، تحليلية وقياسية، باستخدام سلاسل زمنية لمتغيري إنتاج وأسعار النفط، وبربط أسعار النفط بإنتاج كل من أوبك، غير أوبك وأوبك+. توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن دور أوبك في أسواق الطاقة كان متذبذبا عبر الزمن، بل وضعيفا في كثير من الفترات خاصة في بداية القرن الحالي، إلا أن تحالف أوبك+ أعاد تأثير المنظمة إلى الواجهة، وأبان عن تأثير معنوي على أسعار النفط، وهو ما يؤكد أن توسع منظمة أوبك إلى منتجين آخرين، وبتنسيق أكبر سيؤدي حتما إلى تعاظم دور التحالف وتحقيق أهدافه. Through this paper, we aim to discuss the role of the OPEC, and then the OPEC+ alliance, in controlling and determining oil prices in international markets. using two variables of oil production and prices, and by linking oil prices to the production of each of OPEC, Non OPEC and OPEC+. We concluded that the role of OPEC in the energy markets was fluctuating through time. and even weak in many periods, especially at the beginning of this century. However, the OPEC + alliance brought the organization's influence back to the fore, and showed a significant impact on oil prices, Which confirms that the expansion of OPEC to other producers, With greater coordination, it will inevitably lead to the growing role of the coalition and the achievement of its goals. À travers cet article, nous visons à discuter du rôle de l'OPEP, puis de l'alliance OPEP+, dans le contrôle et la détermination des prix du pétrole sur les marchés internationaux, en utilisant deux variables de production et de prix du pétrole, et en liant les prix du pétrole à la production de chacun des pays OPEP, Non OPEP et OPEP+. Nous avons conclu que le rôle de l'OPEP sur les marchés de l'énergie fluctuait dans le temps. et même faible à de nombreuses périodes, surtout au début de ce siècle. Cependant, l'alliance OPEP + a ramené l'influence de l'organisation sur le devant de la scène, et a montré un impact significatif sur les prix du pétrole, Ce qui confirme que l'élargissement de l'OPEP à d'autres producteurs, Avec une plus grande coordination, cela conduira inévitablement au rôle croissant de la coalition et la réalisation de ses objectifs.
