الملخص
سنعمل من خلال هذه الورقة على تقديم دراسة تحليلية لمسألة علاقة الطفل بفضاء المطالعة بين إشكاليّة العزوف على القراءة وسبل المصالحة، حيث نشهد تراجع ملحوظ لفعل المطالعة والذي يصل الى درجة العزوف عنها وعن أية صلة تربط طفل بعالم الكتاب والمكتبات. ولعلّ هذه الأزمة قد جعلت من ممارسة القراءة تشهد تحولا عميقا في إتجاه الإستغلال الأمثل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات. من أجل ذلك سنتناول فيها كمرحلة أولى، علاقة المطالعة بالتكوين الثقافي وبالبناء المعرفي، تكون مصحوبة في نفس الوقت ببعض التعريفات لأهم المفاهيم، مع بيان دور المكتبات في نشر المعلومة الايجابية. لننتقل في مرحلة ثانية الى توضيح أسباب العزوف عن المطالعة وتراجع الإقبال عن المكتبات، مبينين تأثيرات هذا النفور على المستوى الفكري للناشئة. ولننتهي في مرحلة ثالثة الى تناول أهمية التدخل التكنولوجي كبديل في توسيع مفهوم المكتبة و في تفعيل فعل المطالعة وتثمين القراءة. This paper aims to provide an analytical study of the issue related to the child's relationship with the space of reading, therefore, it tackles the issues of reading reluctance and suggests ways of reconciliation. We have been noticing a continuous decline in the act of reading as children are being reluctant to read which make them disconnected to the world of books and libraries. It could be suggested that this crisis might has caused the practice of reading to take a profound shift towards to the direction of optimal exploitation of information technology. For this reason, we will firstly treat the relationship of reading to cultural formation and knowledge construction, accompanied at the same time by some definitions of the most important concepts, with an indication of the role of libraries in disseminating positive information. Secondly, we will explain the reasons for reading reluctance and the decline in demand for libraries, showing the effects of this aversion on the intellectual level of young people. Finally, we will address the importance of technological intervention as an alternative in expanding the concept of the library and in activating the act of reading and valuing reading.
