الملخص
ملخص: تواجه المكتبات اليوم، بإعتبارها مركز صناعة المعلومات، متغيرات تقنيّة معلوماتيّة، حيث يتوقع الكثيرون أن تعجّل التكنولوجيا بالتحوّل من الحديث عن المكتبة الرقمية Digital Library إلى التفكير في المكتبة الذكية Smart Library لقدرتها الفائقة على تقديم مزيد من الخدمات الذكية، ليصبح النفاذ الى المعلومات مباشرا دون الحاجة الى مساعدة. لكنّ ما يثير القلق هنا هو مجرد التفكير في أنّ هذا النسق السريع نحو التحديث المستمر لآليات العمل بالمكتبات العموميّة العربيّة وبمراكز المعلومات، سوف يحجب من جانب آخر الفاعل البشري وهو أخصائي المعلومات. ممّا يدفعنا للتساؤل هل من الممكن، في ظل اكتساح تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتطورات التي حصلت بها في العقود الأخيرة، وتغير ملامح المستفيد العربي، أن يكون لأخصائي المعلومات دور يتجاوز المهام التقنيّة، ليتواصل بصفته وسيط معلوماتي بين المكتبة العصريّة والمستفيد الجديد ؟ يبدو أنّ الأمر قد تجاوز مسألة تحديث آليات العمل بالمكتبات، لنتساءل: ماذا بعد التحديث ؟ إذا تحدّ آخر وبشكل جديد سيرفعه أخصائي معلومات المستقبل، لإسترجاع تواجده في عالم متحول ينزع الى حجب الوساطة البشريّة، الأمر الذي يستدعي إعادة النظر في الأطر الجديدة والمعاصرة للمهنة، بإعادة إنتاج كفاءات عالية وملامح جديدة لأخصائي المعلومات. لمعالجة هذا لإشكال سوف نعتمد منهج وصفي تحليلي نقدم من خلاله قراءة لهذا الواقع المتحول بإستمرار والذي وضعنا بصفتنا مختصين أمام ضرورة التفكير في أساليب مبتكرة أو ما أطلق عليها بالمانجمنت في المكتبات من خلال إرساء منهج إبداعي يتحرر به المكتبي من قيود الجلوس وراء مكتبه ليثبت فاعليّته أمام مزاحمة قويّة كانت في الحقيقة منبع الوهم الرائج بإمكانيّة الاستغناء عن خدمات أخصائي المعلومات بالمكتبات العصرية. Abstract: Nowadays the libraries as they are the centre of informations creation are facing many challenges having to do with technical and informational evolution. Thus many observers are expecting that the technology will swiftly change from talking about digital libraries to thinking about smart libraries, for its ability to provide more intelligent services so that the access to the information would be directly and with no need to any help. However what can be embarrassing here is the fact of thinking that this rapid process towards continuous modernization such as working with Arabic public libraries and informations centre, will exclude the human contribution as he’s the informational expert wich lead us to wonder if this expert will have much more duties beyond technical tasks, so that he plays the bridge role between modern libraries and the new beneficial. In the shadow of these tremendous progress and developments which have occurred in the field during the last decades. But it seems that the issue has surpassed the libraries modernization so what’s coming next? Its going to be another new challenge for the future informations experts to regain their position in a changing world trying to eradicate human contribution, which have pushed us to re-produce and train highly qualified experts in the informations field. To end up with this problematic we will opt for an analytic and descriptive approach to introduce our vision for this changing reality which pushed us to think about new strategies called management in libraries based on creativity and emancipating the librarian from sitting behind his desk office, to prove his effectiveness next to this strong competitiveness and to evaporate the illusion that we can get rid of libraries experts in this modern era.
