الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات المبحوثين في المؤسسات الاقتصادية نحو مستوى ممارسة لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية والدور الذي تلعبه في تسيير التدريب. ولتحقق من ذلك صيغت فرضية رئيسية تم اختبارها باستخدام المعادلات الهيكلية، كما تم الاعتماد أيضا في التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات على مقاييس الإحصاء الوصفي واستخدمت الاستبيانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة الدراسة البالغ حجمها (50) مدير موارد بشرية . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها : وجود دور معنوي لتركيبة لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية على تسيير التدريب للمؤسسات المبحوثة، حيث بلغت قوة العلاقة بين هذين المتغيريين (0.688)، وخلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من التوصيات أهمها : زيادة اهتمام المؤسسة بتدريب مواردها، وكذا زيادة التركيز على مؤشرات لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية لسهولة قيادة أداء مواردها. This study aimed to recognize perception of the respondents in the Algerian economic institutions towards the practice of social dashboard and is role in training management and to achieve that stated assumption major that has been tested using the structural equations, it has also been focusing on statistical analysis of the data on other methods as the arithmetic. The questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect data from a sample size of the study (50) DRH. The study reached some conclusions, including: significant role for social dash board of the training management for the organization surveyed. Reaching the relationship between these two variable force(0.688), the study concluded with the following recommendations : increased concentration the indicator for social dashboard for ease pilot human resources
