واقع التعليم المقاولاتي بالجزائر كمدخل استراتيجي لضمان التأهيل المؤسسي لدى خريجي الجامعات -دراسة ميدانية بجامعة محمد البشير الإبراهيمي برج بوعريريج-

الملخص
تستهدف إستراتيجية المنظومة الجامعية بالجزائر الانتقال من تكوين مورد بشري مؤهل لشغل وظائف إلى مورد بشري قادر على خلق وظائف جديدة ومنتج للثروة، وهذا من خلال تشجيعهم وتأهيلهم لممارسة الفعل المؤسساتي أو المقاولاتي، وأن تجسيد الشباب الجامعي لمشاريع مقاولاتية ناجحة لا يأتي بمحض الصدفة، إنما يرتبط في الكثير من الأحيان بمدى اكتسابهم للخبرات والمعارف التي تؤهلهم لممارسة المقاولة بكفاءة، ويعد الوسط التعليمي الجامعي احد أهم الفضاءات الاجتماعية التي يمكن أن تساهم في تحويل الأفراد إلى مقاولين ناجحين من خلال البرامج التعليمية والتأهيلية والتدريبية التي تتبناها، وهو ما يصطلح عليه لدى الكثير من الباحثين بمدخل التعليم المقاولاتي. وقد حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية عرض دراسة ميدانية لعينة من خريجي جامعة محمد البشير الابراهيمي ببرج بوعريريج من خلال تسليط الضوء على واقع التعليم المقاولاتي بالجزائر ومدى مساهمته في تحفيز وتأهيل الطالب الجامعي على ممارسة المقاولة، وقد اتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن الجامعة الجزائرية تبذل الكثير من الجهود في سبيل إرساء هذا النموذج التنموي وتحفيز طلبتها على ممارسة الفعل المقاولاتي، غير أن هذه الجهود لم تحقق بعد الأهداف المرجوة منها ولم تنتج مقاولين ناجحين، وهذا يعني أن الفعل المقاولاتي لم يفرض مكانه في اقتصاد الدولة. The strategy of the university system in Algeria aims to move from the formation of a qualified human resource for jobs to a human resource capable of creating new jobs and a producer of wealth, and this is by encouraging and qualifying them to practice institutional or entrepreneurial work, and that the embodiment of university youth to successful entrepreneurial projects does not come by chance, but is often linked to the extent to which they acquire the experiences and knowledge that qualify them to practice entrepreneurship efficiently, and the university educational environment is one of the most important social spaces that can contribute to the transformation of individuals into Successful entrepreneur through the educational, qualifying and training programs it adopts, which is what many researchers call the entrance to entrepreneurial education. In this research paper, we have tried to present a field study of a sample of graduates of Mohamed Bashir Brahimi University in Bordj Bou Arréridj by highlighting the reality of entrepreneurial education in Algeria and the extent of its contribution to motivating and qualifying university students to practice entrepreneurship, and it was clear through the results of the study that the Algerian University is making a lot of efforts in order to establish this development model and motivate its students to practice the entrepreneurial act, but these efforts have not yet achieved the desired objectives and have not produced entrepreneurs Successful, meaning that the entrepreneurial act has not imposed its place in the economy of the state.
