آلية الاتصال بين المعلم والتلميذ في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات كأساس لنجاح العملية التدريسية

الملخص
إن العلاقة بين المعلم والتلميذ هي أساس العملية التربوية، بل ويتوقف عليها نجاح المسار التربوي ككل، حيث إن توفر عنصر الالتزام والمتابعة وتحديث تقنيات التعليم وأدبيات التخاطب والحوار والشرح يعزز من خلق مناخ ايجابي للعملية التدريسية يسدوه الثقة بين المعلم والتلميذ، وكذلك الرغبة في التعلم من طرف التلميذ، ولا شك أن البيئة التعليمية قد تغيرت وتبدلت وتطورت من حيث التقنيات والمناهج، فكان لزاما تعزيز العملية الاتصالية بين المعلم والتلميذ بما توفر من الأساليب المستحدثة، ولهذا نال موضوع الاتصال قدرا كبيرا من الدراسة والاهتمام والبحث من طرف المنشغلين بالحقل التربوي النفسي- اجتماعي وذلك بغية الوصول إلى أفضل الطرق والنماذج التي يمكن أن تحقق فاعلية الاتصال بين المعلم والتلميذ خاصة في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات بهدف نجاح العملية التدريسية. Abstract: The relationship between the teacher and the pupil is the basis of the educational process, and even depends on the success of the educational process as a whole, as the availability of the element of commitment, follow-up and modernization of educational techniques and literature of communication, dialogue and explanation enhances the creation of a positive climate for the teaching process that is filled with trust between the teacher and the pupil, as well as the desire to learn on the part of the pupil, and there is no doubt that the educational environment has changed, changed and developed in terms of techniques and curricula, so it was necessary to strengthen the communication process between the teacher and the pupil with the availability of the methods developed, and for this reason The subject of communication has received a great deal of study, attention and research by those who are engaged in the psychosocial educational field in order to reach the best methods and models that can achieve the effectiveness of communication between the teacher and the pupil, especially in the Competency Approach in order to achieve the success of the teaching process.
