دور الخدمات الإرشادية في تنمية مستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة من التعليم الثانوي

الملخص
يعد التوجيه والإرشاد ركيزة أساسية في تحقيق النمو المتكامل للمتعلم نظرا للخدمات الإرشادية، والوقائية، والنمائية التي يقدمها. هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور الخدمات الإرشادية في تنمية مستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي، والتعرف على الفروق في مستوى الطموح لديهم وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (120) تلميذ وتلميذة من الطور الثانوي اختيرت بطريقة قصدية طبّق عليها استبيان مستوى الطموح. توصلت النتائج إلى أن الخدمات الإرشادية التي يقدمها مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد دور في تنمية مستوى الطموح لدى تلاميذ السنة الثالثة ثانوي، كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في دور الخدمات الإرشادية في تنمية مستوى الطموح للتلاميذ تعزى للجنس والتخصص. Guidance and counseling is an essential pillar in achieving the integrated growth of the learner due to the guidance, preventive and developmental services that provides. The current study aimed to identify the role of counseling services in developing the level of ambition among third year secondary school students, and to identify the differences in their level of ambition according to gender and speciality. The study was conducted on a sample of (120) male and female students from the secondary school who were chosen in an intentional way, on which the level of ambition questionnaire was applied. The results concluded that the counseling services provided by the counselor played a role in developing the level of ambition among students of the third year secondary school, and also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the role of counseling services in developing the students’ level of ambition due gender and speciality.
