الأبعاد السوسيوثقافية ومدى مساهمتها في تعزيز التعليم الاليكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية في ظل جائحة كورونا. دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة الجامعة - جامعة جيجل أنموذجا -

الملخص
يشهد العالم منذ ظهور جائحة كورونا وانتشارها موجات وتحولات مختلفة مست جميع الجوانب الاجتماعية، الثقافية، والاقتصادية والسياسية والتعليمية ،كما شكل خطرا على صحة وحياة الأفراد، ما استدعى الأمر إلى وضع خطط وإجراءات وقائية قصد التصدي للجائحة والحد من انتشارها، ومن بين الإجراءات الوقائية المتخذة، التباعد الجسدي بين الأفراد خاصة في الأماكن العامة، وتشجيع العمل عن بعد واستغلال الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة والأنظمة والتطبيقات المتاحة، والجامعة كغيرها من المؤسسات سعت إلى تطبيق العمل عن بعد من خلال التعليم الاليكتروني. قمنا بهذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع التعليم الاليكتروني في الجامعة الجزائرية وأهم الخصائص السوسيوثقافية التي ساهمت في تعزيزه في ظل جائحة كورونا التي اجتاحت العالم، وذلك من وجهة نظر الأساتذة الجامعيين بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة جيجل، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي، واستمارة الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وذلك من أجل بلورة رؤية علمية واضحة لوصف الدراسة والوصول إلى النتائج. وعليه فان هذه الدراسة تهدف إلى التعرف على الوسائل الإلكترونية والمنصات المتاحة التي يعتمدها الأساتذة الجامعيين وفقا للخصائص السوسيوثقافية للمجتمع، والتي من شأنها أن تساهم في تقوية وتعزيز العملية التعليمية الاليكترونية، وما مدى توفر دورات تأهيلية للأساتذة لإكسابهم مهارات التحكم في الوسائل والتطبيقات والأنظمة الجديدة المستخدمة في عملية التعليم الاليكتروني، والوقوف على مختلف المعوقات التي تواجه العملية التعليمية الاليكترونية. Since the emergence of the Corona virus, the world has witnessed various waves and transformations that affected all social, cultural, economic, political and educational aspects. It also poses a threat to the health and life of individuals, which necessitated the development of preventive plans and measures to address it and limit its spread, and physical distance between individuals, especially in public places. Among the preventive measures are the encouragement of remote work and the exploitation of modern technological means and available systems and applications, and the university, like other institutions, has sought to implement remote work through e-learning. we conducted this study to identify the reality of e-learning at the Algerian University and the most important social and cultural characteristics that contributed to its strengthening in light of the Corona pandemic that swept the world, from the point of view of university professors. At the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at Jijel University, and in our study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, in order to crystallize a clear scientific vision to describe the study and reach the results. Accordingly, this study aims to identify the electronic means and available platforms adopted by university professors in line with the social and cultural characteristics of the community, which would contribute to strengthening and enhancing the electronic educational process, and the availability of qualification tools for professors. Acquiring the skills of controlling electronic means and the various new applications and systems used in the e-learning process, and identifying the various obstacles facing the e-learning process. Depuis l'émergence du virus Corona, le monde a connu diverses vagues et transformations qui ont touché tous les aspects sociaux, culturels, économiques, politiques et éducatifs. Elle constitue également une menace pour la santé et la vie des individus, ce qui a nécessité l'élaboration de plans et de mesures de prévention pour y faire face et limiter sa propagation, et la distance physique entre les individus, en particulier dans les lieux publics. Parmi les mesures préventives figurent l'encouragement du travail à distance et l'exploitation des moyens technologiques modernes et des systèmes et applications disponibles, et l'université, comme d'autres institutions, a cherché à mettre en œuvre le travail à distance grâce à l'apprentissage en ligne. Nous avons mené cette étude pour identifier la réalité de l'apprentissage en ligne à l'Université algérienne et les caractéristiques sociales et culturelles les plus importantes qui ont contribué à son renforcement à la lumière de la pandémie de Corona qui a balayé le monde, du point de vue des professeurs d'université. A la Faculté des Sciences Humaines et Sociales de l'Université de Jijel, et dans notre étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur l'approche descriptive, et le questionnaire comme outil de collecte de données, afin de cristalliser une vision scientifique claire pour décrire l'étude et parvenir aux résultats.
