التحالفات الإستراتيجية ما بين الجامعات في ضوء نماذج عربية ودولية – مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجامعة الجزائرية-

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعريف بأهمية التحالفات الإستراتيجية بين الجامعات من خلال عرض نماذج من هذه التحالفات من الجانبين العربي والدولي، مع الإشارة إلى حالة الجامعة الجزائرية. لنعطى بذلك نظرة شاملة حول الدور المحوري لهذه التحالفات في الحصول على المزايا التنافسية، والحصول على المصادر التمويلية دون الاعتماد على الانفاق الحكومي. وهذا انطلاقا من تسويق البحوث العلمية التي تقوم الجامعة بإنتاجها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنه للتحالف الإستراتيجي الجامعي دور كبير في اكتساب الخبرات والمعارف لكلى الأطراف المشاركة فيه، كما أنها تساهم في استمرارية وديمومة التفاعل الدولي والمحلي بين الجامعات في تعزيز قوة الأداء البحثي. في المقابل نولي ضرورة التركيز على عملية احتضان ومرافقة التحالفات الإستراتيجية التي تحدث بين الجامعات كون لها أثر كبير على المجتمع، وتختلف عن نظيرتها في المجال الاقتصادي. Abstract: The study aimed to introduce the importance of strategic alliances between universities by presenting models of these alliances from the Arab and international sides, with reference to the case of the Algerian university. Thus, we shall give a comprehensive view of the pivotal role of these alliances in obtaining competitive advantages and financing sources without relying on government spending, since it will be based on the marketing of scientific research that the university produces. The study concluded that the university strategic alliance has a major role in acquiring expertise and knowledge for all parties participating in it, and it also contributes to the continuity of international and local interaction between universities in enhancing the strength of research performance. On the other hand, we point on the need to focus on the process of embracing and accompanying the strategic alliances that occur between universities, as they have a great impact on society and differ from their counterparts in the economic field.
