الملخص

يتميز عالم المنظمات والأعمال بسيرورة لا متناهية نحو التحديث والتغيير ففي كل مرة تطالعنا أدبيات الإدارة والتسيير باستراتيجيات ومفاهيم جديدة ،تهدف في مجملها للتكيف مع حركية النمو والتطور السريعين الذين يميزان عصر العولمة والتكنولوجيا وكلها تأتي في محاولة لتفعيل دور نظريات الإدارة والتنظيم في تعزيز مظاهر العصرنة والوفاء بمتطلبات الأفراد والمجتمع ويعد مفهوم الحوكمة الاجتماعية او المسؤولية الاجتماعية احدث هذه المفاهيم حيث تعبر عن رسالة المؤسسات الهادفة لضمان جودة الحياة العملية مع ضرورة الاستجابة لتطلعات المجتمع حيث تتداخل تأثرا وتأثيرا وتستند لمفاهيم مثل الحق والواجب، المواطنة والانتماء، المصلحة العامة ويكون ذلك عبر تقديم خدمات ومواصفات من شأنها التعبير عن الدور الاجتماعي للمؤسسات .وضمن هذا الاتجاه نحاول عبر هذا المقال الكشف عن فعالية المسؤولية الاجتماعية في تحقيق أهداف الإدارات العمومية . The world of organizations and businesses is characterized by an endless process of modernization and change. every time, there are new strategies and new concepts, in this world, that aim at adapting to the rapid growth and development dynamics that characterize the era of globalization and technology. All this is an attempt to activate the role of administration and management theories in enhancing modernization aspects and to meet the requirements of individuals and society. The concept of social governance or social responsibility is a modern concept that reflects the message of institutions that aim to ensure the quality of working life with the necessity of responding to the aspirations of the society, where some concepts are interfered such as right, duty, citizenship, belonging, and public interest. This will be done by providing services and specifications that express the social role of the institutions. In this direction, we attempt, through this article, to reveal the effectiveness of social responsibility in achieving the objectives of public administrations.
