أثر البعد البيئي في إعداد المخططات العمرانية المستدامة للمدن الجزائرية

الملخص
الملخص : إن الوصول إلى تجسيد منظومة عمرانية شاملة تحقق في جوانبها أهداف قواعد حماية البيئة، ومشاريع تنموية مستدامة ، يستوجب استخدام الطاقة النظيفة و الحماية من التلوث المناخي و البصري و السمعي و معالجة النفايات، و بذل جهد الاهتمام بالمناطق الخضراء، تحقيقا لمحيط يوفر حاجيات الانسان من جانب و يضمن بقاء مكونات البيئة و محيط النسان في مأمن من أي أثار سلبية قد تلحق به من جانب أخر. من هنا كان لزاما البحث عن منهج تخطيطي لشكل المجمعات السكانية الحضرية للمدن، أو ما أضحى يسمى التخطيط العمراني أو الحضري الذي غايته تعمير منطقة عمرانية مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الجانب الجمالي للمدينة ، بما يتماشى جنبا لجنب مع التخطيط الذي تسعى الهيئات الوصية في الدولة من خلاله إلى ضمان حماية البيئة من كل ما يمكنه الإضرار بالوسط و الكائنات الحية التي تعيش فيه. Abstract Achieving the embodiment of a global urban system that achieves in its aspects the objectives of environmental protection rules and sustainable development projects, requires the use of clean energy and protection against climatic, visual and environmental pollution. sound and waste treatment, and an effort to pay attention to green spaces, in order to achieve an environment that meets human needs on the one hand It ensures that the components of the environment and the human environment remain at the free from any negative effects that may be inflicted on it from the other side. It was therefore necessary to seek a planning approach of the form of urban population sets for cities, or what is now called urban planning or urban planning, the objective of which is the reconstruction of an urban area, taking into account the aesthetic aspect of the city. , in accordance with the planning that the state guardianship bodies seek to ensure the protection of the environment from all that can harm the environment and the living organisms living in it.
