الملخص
مع اتساع وتنامي المشاكل البيئية وزيادة تعقدها، أصبح موضوع حماية البيئة ضرورة لابد منها، جعلت من أشخاص المجتمع الدولي يسعون لمواجهة التهديدات من خلال وضع ضوابط وأسس تحكم علاقة الإنسان بالبيئة التي يعيش فيها، ضمن مجموعة وطنية أو إقليمية أو دولية، ومصادر الحقوق البيئية لا تختلف كثيرا عن مصادر فروع القانون الدولي، مع مراعاة بعض المصادر التي ارتبطت بظهور مفهوم الحق في البيئة وكذا خصوصية القانون الدولي البيئي. With the expansion and growth of environmental problems and their increasing complexity, the issue of environmental protection has become a necessity, which has made the persons of the international community seek to confront threats by setting controls and foundations governing the relationship of man with the environment in which he lives, within a national, regional or international group, and the sources of environmental rights are not much different from the sources of the branches of international law, taking into account some sources that have been associated with the emergence of the concept of the right to the environment as well as the specificity of international environmental law.
