الملخص
شهد العالم تطورات متلاحقة في المجال الصناعي وخصوصا في المجالات الإلكترونية الكهربائية، والأجهزة الحديثة المستعملة في مختلف نواحي الحياة، مخلفة النفايات الإلكترونية التي تعد أحد أهم المشاكل البيئية المعاصرة التي تواجه دول العالم ، وخاصة الدول النامية، وقد بدأت في الظهور مع إطلاق ثورة الاتصالات الرقمية، واتجاه الشركات الكبرى المصنعة للأجهزة الإلكترونية إلى التسابق في جذب أكبر عدد من المستهلكين، وأمام استخدام الإنسان لعناصر البيئة المحيطة به وسعيه الدائم وراء إشباع حاجياته، أغفل بذلك الحفاظ على بيئة آمنة تضمن له التطور المرجو توازيا مع أمنه وسلامته، وظهر التلوث البيئي المخيف الناتج عن النفايات الإلكترونية، وهذا ما شكل تهديدا حقيقيا على البيئة وصحة الإنسان وسلامته معا، هذا ما أوجب تقرير حماية جنائية ضد هذا النوع من النفايات، إلا أن النصوص مازالت مقصرة في توفير الحماية اللازمة ضد هذا النوع المدمر للتلوث الالكتروني. The world has witnessed successive developments in the industrial field, especially in the fields of electrical electronics and modern devices used in various aspects of life, leaving e-waste, which is one of the most important contemporary environmental problems facing countries in the world, especially developing countries, and has begun to appear with the launch of the digital communications revolution, and the trend of The major companies that manufacture electronic devices have to compete in attracting the largest number of consumers, and in front of the human being’s use of the elements of the surrounding environment and his constant pursuit of satisfying his needs, he neglected to maintain a safe environment that guarantees him the desired development in parallel with his security and safety The frightening environmental pollution resulting from e-waste appeared, and this posed a real threat to the environment, human health and safety together. This necessitated a criminal protection report against this type of waste, but the texts still failed to provide the necessary protection against this devastating type of electronic pollution.
