Résumé
Le concept de franchisage n’est pas récent. Il a vu le jour tant en France qu’aux Etats-Unis au début du vingtième siècle. La franchise étant un sujet très important dans le domaine de la distribution, constitue une grande préoccupation pour le législateur algérien ainsi que pour les investisseurs étrangers. Et contrairement à la législation française, cette nouvelle formule est une technique commerciale à développer en Algérie, qui reste malheureusement sans cadre juridique permettant aux sociétés étrangères d’investir en Algérie. The concept of franchising is not recent. It was born both in France and in the United States at the beginning of the twentiet century. The franchising being a very important subject in the field of distribution, constitutes a great concern for the Algerian legislator as well as for foreign investors. And contrary to French legislation, this new formula is a commercial technique to be developed in Algeria, which unfortunately remains without a legal framework allowing foreign companies to invest in Algeria.
