نظرية الحتمية القيمية وإشكالية الاسقاط الامبريقي على الواقع في بحوث الاعلام و الاتصال

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى معرفة امكانية تطبيق (نظرية الحتمية القيمية) لعبد الرحمان عزي في بحوث الاعلام والاتصال اذ تشكل هذه الأخيرة نقدًا لمخرجات الصناعات الاعلامية والثقافية التي تكرس لخلق واقع ثقافي مصطنع يدفع بالأفراد الى الاحجام عن المشاركة الاجتماعية والشعور بالعزلة، فكثرة استخدام التلفزيون والأنترنت يؤدي الى نوع من الاغتراب فالفضائيات هي ضروب من الفعل الاعلامي، أهمها الثقافي والسياسي ،قدم في اطار نظريته فكرة جزئية تتعلق بأخلاقيات الممارسة الاعلامية بشكل أقل تجريداً على مستوى التفكير القيمي بحيث نلمس أن هذه النظرية تعالج القيمة كمؤشر ايجابي ايجابي، مما يشكل صعوبة في تطبيقها امريقيا نظرا لصعوبة قياس مؤشرات القيمة وخضوع الظاهرة الاعلامية الاتصالية لحدود ونسبية الزمان والمكان، فكتابات عبد الرحمان عزي عبارة عن مقاربات بين الحتمية القيمية والحتمية الاعلامية التقنية ،وهي أطر نظرية جادة في فهم جدلية التباين على مستوى الرأي والخلفيات، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لتحليل وتشخيص معطيات هذه النظرية والوقوف على قصورها على المستوى التطبيقي وتوضيح نقاط القوة والضعف فيها كمحاولة نقدية لسياقها العملي The study aims at the possibility of applying (the Value Determinism Theory) to Abdul Rahman Izzi in media and communication research, as the latter constitutes a critique of the outputs of media and cultural industries dedicated to creating artificial cultural realities that drive individuals to refrain from social participation and feel isolated. Frequent usage of television and the Internet creates a sense of isolation. Aliens are forms of media action, the most significant of which are cultural and political, and presented in his theory a partial idea of the ethics of media practice that is less abstract at the level of value thinking so that we can see that this theory treats value as a positive indicator, which makes it difficult to apply in Arabic due to the difficulty of measuring value indicators and subjecting the communication media phenomenon to limits and relative time and space. Between value determinism and technological media determinism, it’s papers provide substantial theoretical frameworks for comprehending disparities in viewpoint and background. We used the descriptive method to investigate and diagnose this theory's data and to uncover its limits at the applied level .and clarify its strengths and weaknesses as a critical attempt at its practical context.
