Abstract

Non-hydrocarbon export is an intertwined international commercial activity that must be taken seriously by providing solutions first at the state level (MACRO), then at the institutional level (MICRO), so that the lack of the national strategy for the non-hydrocarbon export sector is the first problem, and the real problem is not operational but rather a schematic problem. The time has come to chart a correct course through national consultations and to give a new vision for a diversified, innovative, competitive and integrated economy in global value chains and centered on sustainable development, and to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises. and to help them integrate global value chains as part of the strengthening of the promotion of non-hydrocarbon exports within the framework of sustainable development and social justice.
