الصدمة النفسية من خلال الإنتاج الاسقاطي نماذج لصدمة الاغتصاب و سرطان الثدي Psychological Trauma Through Projective Production Trauma Models Of Rape And Breast Cancer

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة للكشف عن مؤشرات الصدمة النفسية من خلال الإنتاج الاسقاطي، باستعمال اختبار الرورشاخ لدى مجموعة بحث تتكون من 06 مراهقات تعرضن للاغتصاب و06 نساء عازبات تعرضن لعملية استئصال الثدي جراء الإصابة بالسرطان، للتأكد إن كانت مؤشرات الصدمة النفسية هي نفسها في الإنتاج الاسقاطي، أو تعتمد على نوع الصدمة النفسية (الاغتصاب و سرطان الثدي). أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عن انخفاض الإنتاجية عن المعدل الطبيعي بالنسبة للمجموعتين، مما يدل على الكف والقلق. و ظهر ارتفاع في معدل الرفض للوحات بالإضافة إلى انخفاض في عدد الإجابات المبتذلة. كانت الإجابات المواظب عليها ذات محددات شكلية سلبية ((F-، و التي تشير إلى تصدع معتبر في نوعية العلاقة مع الواقع. ما أثار انتباهنا هو ظهور الاسقاط الرمزي لصدمة الاغتصاب عند المراهقات، في حين كان واضحا وصريحا لصدمة سرطان الثدي من خلال الاستجابات التشريحية المتعلقة بسرطان الثدي. The study aims to detect indicators of psychological trauma through projective production, using Rorschach test in a group of 06 raped adolescent girls and 06 single women with mastectomy due to cancer, trying to ascertain whether the indicators of psychological trauma are the same in the projective production, or depending on the type of psychological trauma ( rape and breast cancer). The study results in lower productivity than the normal rate for the two samples. This indicates abstinence, anxiety and an increase in the rate of rejection of the paintings appeared and a decrease in the number of trivial answers. The consistent answers had negative formal determinants (F-), which indicates a significant crack in the type of the relation with reality. We remarked the emergence of symbolic projection of rape trauma in adolescent girls, and clear and explicit for breast cancer trauma through anatomical responses related to breast cancer. .
