الملخص
لقد بينت العديد من الدراسات أن لحظة إعلان الإصابة بمرض السرطان والعيش معه يعتبر من بين الصدمات النفسية التي قد يتعرض لها الإنسان في حياته، فهي شكل من أشكال الأزمة، التي تنجر عنها العديد من الاضطرابات الجسمية والنفسية مثل الخوف والقلق والاكتئاب، اضطراب مابعد الصدمة وغيرهم، والتي تعتبر كمؤشرات دالة عليها. إن هذه الدراسة الميدانية تهدف إلى إظهار هذه المؤشرات، مرتكزة على منهج دراسة حالة من خلال اختبار الروشاخ والمقابلة العيادية، عند أربع حالات مصابة بالسرطان. حيث توصلنا إلى أن المصابين بالسرطان يظهرون انفعالات، اضطرابات جسدية، نفسية عنيفة عند لحظة إعلان التشخيص، ومبيان نفسي بعيد عن السير النفسي النموذجي، يتميز بمؤشرات قوية للصدمة تمثلت في إنتاجية قليلة، أو متوسطة مرتبطة بإدراكات شكلية سيئة، وقت كمون جد قصير، درجة قلق عالية،كف وجداني، ترددات في إعطاء الإجابة، محتويات تشريحية وإجابات داكنة كثيرة، محتويات إنسانية قليلة، نمط تتابع غير منسجم، محاولات متكررة لرفض اللوحات. الكلمات المفتاحية : مؤشرات الصدمة النفسية؛ السرطان؛ المقابلة العيادية؛ اختبار الروشاخ؛ المبيان النفسي. Abstract: Many studies have shown that the moment of announcing of cancer and living with it is among the trauma that a person may experience in his life. It is a form of crisis that causes many physical and psychological disorders, such as fear, anxiety, depression, post-trauma stress disorder, and others, which are considered as indicators of it. This field study aims to show these indicators, based on case study approach through the clinical interview, and Rorschach test to four cases of cancer. Where we found that cancer patients show violent emotions, physical and psychological disturbances at the moment of the diagnosis, and psychological chart far away for a typical psychological biography, it is characterized by strong indicators of trauma represented by low or medium productivity associated with poor formal perceptions, very short latency, high degree of anxiety, emotional restraint, hesitation in giving the answer,anatomilcal contents and many dark answers, few human contents, uncoordinated succession pattem, repeated attempts to reject images .
