الملخص
تعد جريمة خطف الأطفال من الجرائم الخطيرة التي عرفت في السنوات الأخيرة انتشارا واسعا وارتفاعا متزايدا في المجتمع الجزائري، ما جعل المشرع الجزائري يتدخل بتعديل النصوص القانونية المتعلقة بهذه الجريمة وإصدار قانون خاص يساهم في تفعبل ألبات محاربة هذه الظاهرة أو على الأقل التقليل من انتشارها، وعليه فإن هذه المداخلة تهدف التعرف على مظاهر السياسة الجنائية المنتهجة من طرف المشرع الجزائري في مكافحة جرائم اختطاف الأطفال ومدى فعاليتها في ردع مرتكبيها وذلك بالوقوف على الأصول والقواعد التي اعتمدها المشرع الجزائري في تجريم اختطاف الاطفال والعقاب عليها وكيفية الوقاية منها. Abstrac The crime of child abduction is one of the most serious crimes in recent years, which has become widespread and increasingly prevalent in Algerian society. Thus, the Algerian legislator has taken steps to amend the legal provisions relating to this crime and enact a special law that contributes to activate mechanisms in order to fight this phenomenon or at least reduce its prevalence. Therefore, his study aims to identify the manifestations of criminal policy adopted by Algerian legislator in fighting child abduction and its effectiveness in deterring perpetrators. This is done by addressing the rules and foundations adopted by the Algerian legislator in criminalizing and punishing for child abduction, as well as how to prevent it and assess it.. keywords: Politics;Abduction; Children ; Criminalization; protection
