أهمية تمكين العاملين في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية: مقاربة نظرية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز أهمية تمكين العاملين في لتحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة للمستفيدين، هذا وقد توصلنا في نهاية هذه هذا البحث إلى أن تمكين العاملين له أهمية كبيرة في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية، لأن ما يميز قطاع الخدمات عن باقي القطاعات هو أنه في هذا القطاع نجد بأن العامل على احتكاك مباشر ودائم مع المستفيدين، وعليه فإذا كان العامل ممكّن في عمله فإن هذا سينعكس على تقديم خدمة ذات جودة تجعل المستفيد راض عن الخدمة وعن المؤسسة، هذا وقد أوصى هذا البحث أنه ينبغي على المؤسسات الصحية الاهتمام بمدخل تمكين العاملين، وتبنيه كعملية أساسية تساهم في تحقيق جودة الخدمات الصحية وتحقيق الرضا الوظيفي للعاملين. الكلمات المفتاحية: تمكين العاملين، الخدمات الصحية، جودة الخدمات الصحية، Abstract: This research aims to highlight the importance of empowering workers to achieve the quality of health services provided to beneficiaries, At the end of this research, we concluded that empowering workers is of great importance in achieving the quality of health services, Because what distinguishes the services sector from other sectors is that in this sector we find that the worker is in direct and permanent contact with the beneficiaries, Therefore, if the worker is empowered in his work, this will be reflected in the provision of a quality service that makes the beneficiary satisfied with the service and the institution, This research recommended that health institutions should pay attention to the approach of empowering employees, And adopting it as a basic process that contributes to achieving the quality of health services and achieving job satisfaction for workers.
