الملخص
يلعب المجلس الشعبي الولائي دورا هاما في تحقيق التنمية المحلية من خلال اشرافه على مداولات التي تعد مجالا هاما لتسطير ووضع خطة التنمية على مستوى الولاية فهي الهيئة التي تقر وتصادق على مداولات كما توقر لها جميع الظروف الملائمة لتحقيقها عن طريق المصادقة على الميزانية التي تعتبر وسيلة أساسية لتنفيذ المشاريع والبرامج التي سطرت في خطة التنمية. وتتعلق التنمية المحلية بمشاركة المواطن عن طريق ممثليه في المجالس المنتخبة من خلال المشاركة في العمليات التنموية المحلية وهنا يظهر دوره الأساسي وهو المشاركة في مختلف مراحل التنمية المحلية. The People's State Council plays an important role in achieving local development by overseeing deliberations, which is an important area for the elaboration and establishment of the development plan at the state level. It is the body that decides and approves the deliberations and provides them with all the appropriate conditions for their realization through the approval of the budget, which is considered a means It is essential for the implementation of the planned projects and programs in the development plan. Local development is about citizen participation through its representatives in elected councils through participation in local development processes, and here appears its primary role, which is to participate in the different stages of local development.
