أثر توليد المصطلح اللساني في العملية التربوية

الملخص
لمّا كانت حاجتنا إلى نقل المعارف والعلوم واسعة؛ نظير تقهقرنا وتخلّفنا عن الرّكب الحضاري المتنامي بسرعة مذهلة؛ كان لزامًا علينا أنْ نواكب هذا التطور بحركية إنتاجية مصطلحية للعلوم أوسع وأكبر؛ تجعل منّا كعرب أمةً مسايرة للركب، ومدركة لِما يُحيط بها، ومنتجة للعلوم كما كانت فيما مضى؛ حتى تأمن على مجتمعاتها من الغزو الفكري الذي تفرضه العولمة، وما تحمله من آثار سلبية. فما السبيل يا ترى إلى الخروج من هذه الوضعية التي رهنّا فيها مستقبل أبنائنا؟ وما هي الآليات الكفيلة بصناعة مصطلحية قادرة على رفع التحدي وتسمح بنقل المعارف بطريقة سلسة وميسرة؟ وهل الهيآت والمجامع اللغوية التي أُنشئت لهذا الغرض قامت بالدور المنوط بها، أم تنازعتها الجهوية، والنزعة الفردية؟ إن الإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات كفيلة برصد كل ما يمكن أن يعترض سبيل وضع المصطلح بصفة عامة، والمصطلح اللساني بصفة خاصة، وإظهار الأسباب الكامنة وراء اختلاف الترجمات للمصطلح الواحد، وحصر المشاكل التي تقف عائقا في وجه المترجم أثناء أداء مهامه -الترجمة- لنخلص في الأخير إلى اقتراح بعض الحلول التي قد تكون من العوامل المساعدة على الحدّ من ظاهرة فوضى المصطلحات. على أن استعين بالمنهج الوصفي في بسط الموضوع؛ نظرًا لِمَا يتميّز به من آليات تمكن الباحث من الوصول إلى دقائق البحث ومكنوناته. - Abstract: For the sake of transmitting knowledges and sciences because of our decay and being late on the developed civilizations, we’re required to go hand in hand with this development with a wide great productive terminological movement of science making us, as Arabs, a coping nation aware of what surrounds it, and produces sciences as it did in the past so that its societies become safe from the intellectual conquest imposed by globalization and its negative effects. What’s the way of getting out of this situation in which our sons’ future is betted? What are the appropriate mechanisms ensuring a terminological production able to challenge and transmit knowledges smoothly? Are the created linguistic bodies and institutions playing their role or they’ve entered a struggle because of regionalism and individualism? Answering these questions is enough to monitor all what can oppose generating terminology, in general, and the linguistic terminology, in particular, and demonstrating the reasons behind the variety of one terminology translations, and specifying the problems hindering the translator while doing his tasks -translation-. Finally, we’ve concluded with suggesting some solutions, which may be helping factors in eliminating the terminology confusion phenomenon. The descriptive method has been adopted in stating the topic, since it’s characterized with mechanisms enabling the researcher to attain the research parts.
