الملخص: نشر الوعي القانوني داخل المجتمع العماني التحديات والحلول دراسة تحليلية يعتبر الوعي القانوني داخل كل مجتمع مقياس لمدى توافر الأمن والاستقرار فيه، لذلك اهمت أغلب التشريعات بنشر الوعي القانوني داخل المجتمع عن طريق العديد من الإجراءات على كافة المستويات، وتكمن أهمية البحث في المساهمة في خلق وعي قانوني لدى جميع أفراد المجتمع بتعريفهم بحقوقهم و واجباتهم، لذلك آثرنا أن نجيب في البحث على مدى مستوى الوعي القانوني داخل المجتمع العماني، معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، حيث توصلنا لنتيجة مفادها أن مستوى الوعي القانوني ضعيف مقارنة بالدول المقارنة، والذي يحتاج إلى تدخل سريع من جميع الجهات المختصة، لذلك أوصينا أن بإضافة مادة الثقافة القانونية لتدريسها داخل المدارس والجامعات لخلق الوعي القانوني لدى أغلب فئات المجتمع العماني. Spreading legal awareness within the Omani society: challenges and solutions An analytical study Legal awareness within every society is a measure of the availability of security and stability in it. That's why most of the legislation cares to spread legal awareness within society through many procedures at all levels. The importance of research lies in contributing to the creation of legal awareness among all members of society by informing them of their rights and duties. We preferred to answer in the research the extent of the level of legal awareness within the Omani society, relying on the descriptive-analytical approach. At the end, we reached a conclusion that the level of legal awareness is weak compared to the comparative countries, which needs rapid intervention from all the competent authorities. So we recommended that the addition of an article Legal culture to be taught in schools and universities to create legal awareness among most segments of Omani society.
