وحدات تعليمية مقترحة باستخدام اللعب الموجه لتحسين بعض القدرات التوافقية لدى تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي (9-12 سنة)

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر وحدات تعليمية مقترحة باستخدام اللعب الموجه على التوازن والتوافق وسرعة رد الفعل لدى تلاميذ الطور الابتدائي (9-12 سنة) ،حيث افترض الباحثون أن الوحدات التعليمية المقترحة تؤثر إيجابا على تنمية التوازن والتوافق وسرعة رد الفعل، فقمنا بتطبيق الوحدات التعليمية على عينة قدرها 26 تلميذ تمّ اختيارها بالطريقة العمدية، مقسمة إلى مجموعتين تجريبية عددها 13 تلميذ، وأخرى ضابطة بنفس العدد، واعتمدنا على اختبار الجري على شكل الرقم ثمانية الخاص بالتوافق واختبار المشي قدم خلف قدم خاص بالتوازن واختبار نلسن للاستجابة الحركية لقياس سرعة رد الفعل، وفي الأخير استنتجنا انه وجود نسبة تحسن في صفة التوافق للعينة المطبقة للوحدات التعليمة المقترحة، وكانت أهم توصية هي التركيز على تنمية القدرات التوافقية بشكل جيد في مرحلة الطفولة المتأخرة. L'étude visait à connaître l'effet des unités éducatives proposées par le jeu dirigé, sur l'équilibre, compatibilité et vitesse de réaction des élèves du primaire (9-12 ans). En supposant que les unités affectent positivement le développement de l'équilibre, compatibilité et vitesse de réaction. Nous les avons appliqués sur un échantillon de 26 élèves, divisés en 02 expérimental et contrôle, en utilisant un test de course en huit pour, test de marche pied derrière pied et test Nelson de réponse cinétique. Enfin, nous avons conclu qu'il y avait une amélioration de la qualité de la compatibilité sur l'échantillon expérimental. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of proposed educational units, by directed game, on the balance, compatibility and speed of reaction of primary school pupils (9-12 years). We assumed that the units positively affect the development of balance, compatibility and speed of reaction. We applied them on a sample of 26 students, divided into two groups experimental and control. We relied on an eight race test, a foot-to-foot balance test, and Nelson Kinetic Response. Finally, we concluded that there was an improvement in the quality of compatibility on the experimental sample.
