الملخص
تكنولوجيا التعليم أو التعليم الرقمي مصطلحان يشتركان في المفهوم ويختلفان من حيث الممارسة والتطبيق و يراد به أمّا المفهوم فيراد به نوع من التعليم الذي يستخدم التقنية أو تصاحبه بشكل فعال، ويعتني بتطوير التجربة التعلمية التقليدية بدلا من استبدالها، ويحتاج التعليم الرقمي إلى إيجاد آلية لتحقيق التواصل الفوري بين المدّرِس والمتمدرس من أجل إيجاد حلول فاعلة للمشكلات وتحقيق النجاعة الكافية في عملية التعليم وضمان نتائج فعلية في حلقة التواصل ضمن الحقل التعليمي، أمّا من حيث الإستخدام فالأولى تصاحب وترافق هذه العمليةوتندمج معها أمّا الثانية فتقوم عليها مستقلة بذاتها، يشكّل التعليم الرقمي المادة الخام في منهجية التعليم، وهي طريقة جديدة مستحدثة تزامنت مع العصور المتأخرة التي شهدت طفرة في العلوم التجريبية والإتصالات البشرية نتيجة ثورة المعلومات في مطلع القرن العشرين و اختراع شبكة الأنترنيت وتفشي العولمة التي أحكمت سيطرتها على العالم وفرضت عليه نظمها وقوانينها، وبدأ العمل بهذه الطريقة مع بداية ستينات هذا القرن وصار ينظّر لها مع بداية السبعينات ولها العديد من المسميات في اللغة العربية منها تقنيات التعليم، والتكنولوجيا التعليمية، والتقنية التربوية. ينبثق عنها الكثير من المصطلحات ذات الصلة والتوجه والأهداف المشتركةمنها التعليم البرمجيProgrammingTechnology، وتكنولوجيا التربيةEducational Technology، وتكنولوجيا التربيةInformation Technology.ينبثق عنها الكثير من المصطلحات ذات الصلّة والتوجه والأهداف المشتركة منها التعليم البرمجي Programmingtechnolgy،وتكنولوجيا التربيةEducational Technology،وتكنولوجيا المعلومات Information Technology .وفيما يلي عرض لأوليات هذه الممارسة التعليمية الحضارية. Abstract: Educational technology or digital education are two terms that share the concept and differ in terms of practice and application. As for the concept, it refers to a type of education that effectively uses or accompanies technology, and takes care of developing the traditional learning experience instead of replacing it. Immediate communication between the teacher and the student in order to find effective solutions to the problems and achieve sufficient efficiency in the teaching process and ensure effective results in the communication circle within the educational field. As for the use, the first accompanies and accompanies this process and integrates with it, while the second is based on it independentlyDigital education is the raw material in the education methodology, and it is a new method developed that coincided with the later ages that witnessed a boom in experimental science and human communication as a result of the information revolution at the beginning of the twentieth century and the invention of the Internet and the spread of globalization that tightened its control over the world and imposed its systems and laws on it. Working in this way at the beginning of the sixties of this century and began to be theorized with the beginning of the seventies, and it has many names in the Arabic language, including teaching techniques, educational technology, and educational technology.
