الملخص
ملخص: يُعد تدريس اللّغة العربية بمختلف مجالاتها أسمى تحديات المدرسة الابتدائية، وكذا جميع مراحل التعليم الأخرى، بغية تزويد المتعلّمين بالمهارات اللّغوية الأساسية المتمثلة في الاستماع )فهم المنطق)، والتواصل (التعبير الشفوي)، والقراءة (فهم المكتوب)، والكتابة (الإنتاج الكتابي)، ذلك لما لها من أهمية بالغة في تطوير وترقية العملية التعليمية التعلمية حيث أن اللّغة العربية بمنظومتنا التربوية ليست مادة تعلمية فحسب، بل هي وسيلة لدراسة مختلف الأنشطة والمواد المقرّرة ،وأداة طيّعة تمكن المتعلّم التعبير عن أحاسيسه وأفكاره والتواصل مع غيره ، مشافهة وتحريراً بما يناسب الوضع والمستوى. لذلك سنحاول في هذا المقال الموسوم بـ: "المهارات اللّغوية الأساسية وأهميتها في بناء الكفاءات القاعدية لمتعلّمي مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي وفق المناهج الجديدة" دراسة وتحليل واستنتاج، أهم تجليات التحكّم اللغوي بخصوص تعليمية اللغة العربية بشقيها اللُّغوي والتواصلي. ABSTRACT : Teaching the Arabic language in its various fields is the primary challenge of primary school, as well as all other stages of education, in order to provide learners with the basic language skills of listening (understanding logic), communication (oral expression), reading (understanding written), and writing (written production). The Arabic language in our educational system is not only a learning subject, it is also a means to study various activities and materials and a flexible tool that enables the learner to express his feelings and ideas and communicate with others. What fits the situation and level. Therefore, we will try in this article, entitled: "Basic linguistic skills and their importance in building the basic competencies of primary school learners according to the new curricula." Study, analysis and conclusion, the most important manifestations of language control regarding the teaching of Arabic in both linguistic and communicative. Résumé : L’enseignement de la langue arabe dans ses divers domaines est le principal défi de l’école primaire, ainsi que de toutes les autres étapes de l’éducation, afin de fournir aux apprenants les compétences linguistiques de base que sont l’écoute (comprendre la logique), la communication (expression orale), la lecture ( compréhension écrite) et écrit (production écrite). La langue arabe dans notre système éducatif n’est pas seulement un sujet d’apprentissage, c’est aussi un moyen d’étudier diverses activités et divers matériels et un outil flexible qui permet à l’apprenant d’exprimer ses sentiments et ses idées et de communiquer avec les autres. Ce qui correspond à la situation et au niveau. Par conséquent, nous allons essayer dans cet article intitulé: "Les compétences linguistiques de base et leur importance dans la construction des compétences de base des apprenants de l’école primaire conformément aux nouveaux programmes". Étude, analyse et conclusion, les manifestations les plus importantes du contrôle des langues en ce qui concerne l’enseignement de l’arabe, aussi bien linguistique que communicatif.
