الملخص

This study aims to identify the extent of the impact of human management practices on organizational commitment in Algerian banks. In order to achieve this objective, we made a field study at some banks in Constantine city, where we witnessed the reality of the human management practices and organizational commitment in these banks, as well as studying the relationship between them through a questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of the staff. The reached results have shown the weak application of human management practices in these banks and the average level of organizational commitment of their employees, the results also indicated the existence of a relatively strong and significant relationship between human management practices and organizational commitment. However, the results also indicated that this effect is limited only to promotion and communication practices, while there was no significant effect for rewards, recruitment, and training on the organizational commitment.
