مساهمة تطبيق الممارسات الخضراء للفنادق في تعزيز تبني المسؤولية الاجتماعية بالمؤسسات الفندقية لولاية ميلة –الجزائر-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة الممارسات الخضراء للفنادق في تعزيز تبني المؤسسات الفندقية بولاية ميلة لمفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية، وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية وبلغ عدد أفرادها 52 عاملا موزعين على الفنادق العاملة بولاية ميلة، وصممت استبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات. وبعد تطبيق أداة الدراسة على العينة أشارت النتائج إلى أن التزام المؤسسات الفندقية العاملة في ولاية ميلة بتطبيق الممارسات الخضراء يساهم في تبني مفهوم المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le rôle des pratiques de l’hôtellerie verte dans l’adoption de la responsabilité sociale par les hôtels à la wilaya de Mila. Dans cette étude nous nous sommes appuyés sur une méthode d’échantillonnage aléatoire composée de 52 travailleurs dans les hôtels actif à la wilaya de Mila. Un questionnaire a été conçu comme un outil pour collecter les données qui convient. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l'engagement des hôtels de la wilaya de Mila envers les pratiques vertes contribue à l'adoption du concept de la responsabilité sociale. The study aims to highlight the extent of the contribution of green hotel practices in enhancing the adoption of the hotel establishments in the state of Mila to the concept of corporation social responsibility. The descriptive and analytical approach was used. The sample was chosen randomly and the number of its members reached 52 workers distributed among the hotels operating in the state of Mila. A questionnaire was designed as a way to collect data. After applying the study tool to the sample, the results indicated that the commitment of hotel establishments operating in the state of Mila to implement green practices contributes to the adoption of the concept of corporation social responsibility.
