جابر ابن حيان وتأسيسه لعلم الكيمياء الحديثة Jabir Ibn Hayyan And His Foundations Of Modern Chemistry

الملخص
يمثل جابر بن حيان منعطفًا جذريًّا في تاريخ علم الكيمياء، وفي الآنِ نفسه منعطفًا جذريًّا في تاريخ الحضارة الإسلامية مِنْ حيث أنه يعد في طليعة فئة العلماء الذين كرسوا حياتهم للاهتمام بالبحث في الطبيعة ( الكيمياء ) ،بحيث اعتنى بالكيمياء العضوية على وجه الخصوص بعد أن اقتصرت المعرفة في هذا العلم عند اليونان على الفرضيات والتحليلات الفكرية والرؤيا النفسية ،واستخدام الخوارق والسحر ،وعمل على استبعادها من البحث العلمي ،فهو الذي وضع الأسس العلمية للكيمياء الحديثة والمعاصرة ، وشهد له بذلك كثير من علماء الغرب.فكانت إسهامات العلمية هي أساس تطور الكيمياء في أوروبا Jabir ibn Hayyan who was known in Europe as Geber, this Arab scholar of the middle Ages is considered the father of alchemy and one of the founders or pioneers of pharmacology. His figure and even his name are shrouded in mist and uncertainty, Although ancient alchemy was concerned with the preparation of precious metals, Jabir dedicated his work to the development of basic chemical methods using experimentation and the study of chemical reactions and their principles, thus paving the road for transforming chemistry from the realm of myths and legends to a scientific discipline. It is stated that the development of chemistry in Europe can be traced directly to Jabir Ibn Hayyan; of experimental methodology into alchemy and the invention of several chemical processes used in modern chemistry. These include crystallization, calcinations, sublimation although ancient alchemy was concerned with the preparation of precious metals, Jabir dedicated his work to the development of basic chemical methods using experimentation and the study of chemical reactions and their principles, thus paving the road for transforming chemistry from the realm of myths and legends to a scientific discipline. It is stated that the development of chemistry in Europe can be traced directly to Jabir Ibn Hayyan
