The Journal of “El Hiwar El Thakafi” (Cultural dialogue journal) is an international journal , Bi-annual and free of charge, open-access journal published by laboratory of Dialogue of Civilizations, Cultural Diversity and Philosophy of Peace - Abdelhamid Ben Badis University – Mostaganem, Algeria. The journal focuses a studies and scientific papers on the following topics : philosophical, social, psychological and communicative studies, as well as all knowledge fields related to the humanities and social sciences, especially the field, which is concerned Algerian society in its social, psychological, historical and cultural aspects. Knowledge is relevant to serious thought aimed at establishing peace and living - with. It provides an academic platform for professionals and researchers to contribute innovative work in the field. The journal carries original and full-length articles that reflect the latest research and developments in practical aspects of Economics, society and human behaviors. The journal is published in both print and online versions. An academic work can be sent even in English, French and Arabic. the journal accepts only work which are characterized by quality and commitment to scientific honesty in transmitting information, quoting ideas and attributing them to their owners, and documenting them using recognized scientific method. El Hiwar El Thakafi is published both version: the printed and soft copies; It can be read online or downloaded. This review is an open space for gifted researchers to participate in any of her columns, with new multiple-domain topics articles. It is released each semester, (December and June).

الملخص: عندما يتكرر تفاعل الأفراد من ذوي الدوافع و الأهداف المشتركة لمدة زمنية معينة، يبدأ هنا تكوين بناء الجماعة، و ما يتضمنه من أدوار و مراكز هرمية في الظهور، و اتخاذ شكل معين خاص، فيصبح على درجة كبيرة من الثبات و الاستقرار، فالجماعة غير الرسمية تنشأ عن طريق تواصل و استمرار بناءها الداخلي و هدفها المشترك، و هذا ما يخلق نوعا من الثقة بين الفاعلين الاجتماعيين غير الرسميين، حيث هذه الثقة تلزمهم بتطبيق قواعد عرفية يسيرون عليها، كما تضبط أيضا هؤلاء الفاعلين على احترام المعايير و المبادئ المتعارف عليها. الملخص: نحاول في هذه الدراسة الوقوف على واقع التكوين المهني عن طريق التمهين وعلاقته بسوق الشغل بالجزائر، من خلال التطرق الى مفهومه ونشأته بالجزائر وتحديد أهميته والإطار القانوني الذي ينظمه إضافة الى إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من متخرجي هذا النمط من التكوين المهني بمدينة تامنغست الهدف منها التحقق من مدى التزام المستخدمين للمعايير الواجب توفرها في عملية التمهين وتأثير ذلك على إكتساب مخرجاته للمهارات المهنية المتوقع أن تميزهم عن مخرجات الأنماط التكوينية الأخرى. وقد أظهرت الدراسة الميدانية التي أجريت على عينة تتكون من 78 متخرج أن التزام المستخدمين بتوفير الشروط والمعايير المرتبطة بهذا النمط من التكوين ليست في مستوى ما تنص عليه عقود التمهين الأمر الذي انعكس سلبا على مستوى تأهيل وإعداد مخرجاته واكتسابهم للمهارات المهنية المطلوبة في سوق الشغل. In this study, we try to see the reality of vocational training through careers and its relationship with the labour market in Algeria. In addition to conducting a field study on a sample of graduates of this type of vocational training in the city of Tamanrasset, the aim is to ascertain the extent to which users comply with the criteria to be met in the examination process and its impact on the acquisition of professional skills expected to distinguish them from those of other formative patterns. The field study of a sample of 78 graduates showed that the employees' obligation to provide the conditions and criteria associated with this type of composition was not at the level of the qualification contracts, which was negatively reflected in the level of qualification, preparation of the output and acquisition of the professional skills required in the labour market.

Résumé: Cet article vise à étudier le double à travers la symbolique du texte sibyllin dans le roman Le Village de l'Allemand ou le Journal des frères Schiller de Boualem Sansal. Dans cette intrigue, les cahiers militaires de Hans Schiller s'avèrent être le pré-texte/prétexte qui déclenche le processus d'écriture chez ses enfants. Il s’agit d’interroger la présence du rituel étrusque dans ce roman lorsque Rachel et Malrich consultent des textes cachés déterrant ainsi des tombes et cherchant dans des linceuls une vérité qui les fuit, ce travail de quête permet d’installer une stèle symbolique afin de penser/panser une douleur fantôme du passé insaisissable.

الملخص: ملخص: إن التنوع في المرجعيات الثقافية هو توق نحو تعميق الأسئلة المتعلقة بتجذير التفاعل بين الفنون والحضارات وتعزيز الإمكانيات التي تمثلها الخصوصية الثقافية بوصفها وسيلة لتحقيق الازدهار والتنمية والتعايش، ليحيلنا ثراء التنوع إلى غنى العطاء الفكري للعقول البشرية على اختلاف ظروفها وبيئاتها في محاولة لتشكيل معنى الهوية الثقافية وتحولاتها الخاضعة لصراع مختلف النماذج المعرفية وإرساء خطاب ثقافي يسائل مختلف السياقات التاريخية والثقافية والفكرية ويحرر الإنسان من النموذج الإيديولوجي، ليأخذ التنوع هنا معنى التحالف الذي تحتفظ فيه كل ثقافة بخصوصياتها وممارساتها الاجتماعية وهو ما استحضره يوجينيو باربا في تجربته في المسرح الانثروبولوجي الذي وجد فيه طريقا لتغذية الإبداع الإنساني بكل تنوعاته وتفرعاته الثقافية والتحفيز على تأسيس حوار حقيقي وهادف بين الثقافات يخدم الأهداف الإنسانية ويقوي دوافع العيش المشترك بين الأفراد والمجموعات ذات الخصوصيات الثقافية المتعددة والمتنوعة، ليطرح نفسا جماليا يدعو إلى إلغاء البحث في إيديولوجيات ضيقة لإنتاج بديل لها ضمن إطار مسرحي عابر للهويات. Abstract: The diversity of cultural references contributes to deepening the interaction between arts and civilizations and enhancing the possibilities represented by cultural specificity as a means of achieving prosperity, development and coexistence. Diversity refers to the richness of the intellectual contribution of human minds despite their different circumstances and environments, which contributes to defining cultural identity and its cognitive transformations and to establishing a cultural discourse that questions various historical, cultural and intellectual contexts and liberates people from the ideological model. Diversity here takes on the meaning of an alliance in which each culture maintains its social specificities. This is what Eugenio Barba invoked in his experience in anthropological theater, in which he found a way to develop human creativity with all its cultural diversities and establish an intercultural dialogue that strengthens the motives for coexistence between individuals and groups with multiple cultural characteristics,to present an aesthetic proposal that eliminates the search for narrow ideologies to create a trans-identity theatre.
