السياحة البيئية المستدامة آلية لتجسيد التنمية المستدامة Sustainable Ecotourism, A Mechanism To Embody Sustainable Development

الملخص
تعتبر السياحة البيئية المستدامة وسيلة لتعريف السيّاح بالبيئة والانجذاب لها والاستغلال الأمثل للأماكن السياحية مع ضرورة المحافظة على التوازن البيئي والتنوع الحيوي والثقافي وفق معادلة تنموية واحدة، فكلما كانت البيئة نظيفة وسليمة وصحية كلما تطوّرت السياحة وتحققت التنمية الاقتصادية، فهي تعتبر مصدرا هائلا للدخل والاستثمار الوطني لأنّها تطوّر الاقتصاد الوطني وتحسّن الظروف الاجتماعية للسكان المحليين، إضافة إلى تبادل العلاقات بين السائح الذي يقيم بصفة مؤقتة في مكان معين وبين الأشخاص المقيمين في هذا المكان فتنتشر الثقافات بين الشعوب، لكن من جانب آخر تشكل السياحة مصدرا للتلوث البيئي بسبب تصرفات الإنسان غير الحضارية اتجاه البيئة، ومنه فإنّ السياحة المستدامة تتضمن الاستخدام الأمثل للموارد الطبيعية مع تخفيف آثارها على البيئة ومنع حدوث أي ضرر بين النشاط الاقتصادي والنظام البيئي، والمحافظة على التنوع الحيوي والحضاري، حتى تستمر خدمات الموارد البيئة بشكل تستفيد منه الأجيال الحالية والقادمة، ويتحقق ذلك بقيام السلطات الدولية والوطنية بتبني مبادئ التنمية المستدامة وربطها بالسياحة المستدامة لحل مشاكل التنمية السياحية. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياحة المستدامة، الاستثمار، التنمية المستدامة، التوازن البيئي، الحضاري. Abstract: Sustainable ecotourism is considered as a way to introduce tourists to the environment and its attraction to an optimal usage of tourist places, that’s require a preservation of the environmental balance, the biological and cultural diversity according to a single development equation. The study aims to demonstrate the importance of tourism in developing the national economy and improving the social conditions of the local population, as well as the relationship between sustainable ecotourism and sustainable development. So, whenever the environment was clean, fit and healthy, whenever tourism increases and economic development has been achieved. It is considered as a tremendous source of national income and investment, because it develops the national economy and improves the social conditions of the local population. Also, relations exchanges between the tourist who resides temporarily in a certain place and the people residing forever in that place, so cultures spread among peoples. But, tourism is a source of environmental pollution due to behaviour of non-civilized human towards the environment. In that case, the sustainable tourism includes an optimal usage of natural resources, while mitigating their effects on the environment and preventing any damage between economic activity and the ecosystem, and preserving biological and cultural diversity. So, that environmental resource services continue in a way that benefits the current and future generations, this is achieved by the international and national competent authorities adopting the principles of sustainable development and linking them with sustainable tourism to solve tourism development problems.
