الملخص
لا شكَّ أنّ اللّغةَ حاملةٌ للإبداعِ مثلما هي حاملةٌ للثّقافة، ومن البديهيّ أنّها بابٌ مُشْرعٌ لدخولِ أعماقِ المجتمعاتِ، وتفهّمِ أمجادِها وتطلّعاتِها، ولهذا فقدْ حاولنا أن ننطلقَ منها، لفهمِ العلاقةِ التي شكّلتْ على مرِّ السّنينِ المجتمعَ الجزائري.َّ وإذا كانت عناصرُ الوحدةِ أكثرَ حضورًا فيه من عناصرِ التشتّتِ، فإنَّ لهذه الأخيرةِ تمظهراتٍ مهمّةً على مستوى اللّغةِ والتّعبيرِ، ليسَ على المستوى الرّسميِّ (المركز) فقط، وإنّما على المستوى الشّعبيِّ (الهامش) كذلك، بل إنّ الهامشَ بدَا أكثرَ إبداعًا في اللّغةِ من المركز، حين تعلّقَ الأمرُ بوجودِه، كفئةِ أكثر انتشارًا وأقلّ تأثيرًا في المجتمع. : There is no doubt that the language carries creativity as it is the carrier of culture, and obviously it is a door to enter the depths of societies, and understand the glories and aspirations, so we have tried to proceed, to understand the relationship formed over the years Algerian society. If the elements of the unit are more present than the elements of dispersion, the latter have important manifestations at the level of language and expression, not only at the official level (center), but at the grassroots level (margin), as well as the margin appeared more creative in the language of the center, When it comes to its existence, as a more widespread and less influential group in society.
