الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ايجاد العلاقة بين الاستقرار المالي واسعار النفط في الجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2018 باستخدام نموذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM. بعد فحص الإستقرارية تبين أن السلاسل غير مستقرة في المستوى، ولكنها استقرت عند الفرق الأول وأصبحت متكاملة من الدرجة الأولى، وبين اختبار جوهانسن أن هناك متجه واحد للتكامل المشترك، مما يدل على وجود علاقة تكامل في المدى الطويل بين المتغيرات، وهذا يسمح بتطبيق نموذج ECM. وتثبت الدراسة وجود علاقة سببية بين الاستقرار المالي كمتغير تفسيري واسعار النفط كمتغير مراقب، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طويلة وقصيرة المدى بين الاستقرار المالي واسعار النفط، كما أثبتت ان وجود قطاع مالي مستقر ضروري للاقتصاد الوطني إذ يساهم اسعار النفط في حدود 67.1% بينما تساهم عوامل أخرى بنسبة 32.9% في الاستقرار المالي. This study aims at the relationship between financial stability and oil prices in Algeria during the period 2000-2018 using the error correction model (ECM). After examining the stability, it was found that the chains were not stable in the plane, but stabilized at the first difference and became integrated in the first degree, and the Johansen test showed that there is one vector of the common integral, which indicates the existence of a long-term complementarity relationship between the variables, and this allows the application of the ECM model. The study proves the existence of a causal relationship between financial stability as an explanatory variable and oil prices as a dependent variable. The results of the study also showed the existence of a long and short term relationship between financial stability and oil prices. It also proved that a stable financial sector is necessary for Algerian economic, as Oil prices contributes to the range of 67.1% while contributing Other factors by 32.9% in the Financial Stability.
