الملخص
عالجت في هذا البحث الالتباس الحاصل بين بعض المسائل الأصولية التي يظهر للعيان حصول تداخلٍ في مضمونها بادي الرأي، ونظرا لتشعّب الموضوع فقد ارتأيت أن أخص جانبين من الجوانب الأصولية بالدراسة؛ يتعلّق أحدهما بمبحث التكليف، ويتعلق الثاني بمبحث الترجيح، على أنني أصبو من وراء ذلك إلى تحقيق جملة أهداف؛ يتمثّل أهمّها في تصوير المسائل الأصولية تصويرا دقيقا، ومن أبرز النتائج التي يُرجى الحصول عليها هو فكّ التداخل بين جميع المحالّ المطروحة؛ هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى هو الحكم على جميع الآثار المترتبة على تلك المواضع بأنها آثار معنوية أثّرت في اختلاف الأصوليين. In this paper, I dealt with the confusion between some fundamentalist issues , which shows that there is overlap in the content of the opinion at first, given the complexity of the topic, I thought that I chose two aspects of the fundamental aspects of the study, one of them relates to the obligation topic, and the second concerns weighting, I am, therefore, aiming to achieve a set of goals; The most important of them is to accurately depict fundamental issues, Among the most prominent results that you will get is the overlap between all the issues offered, this is on the one hand, and on the other hand, it is the judgment on all the implications of those issues as moral effects affected by a number of fundamentalist issues.
