الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة دور القيادة الإدارية في إدارة الأزمات في المؤسسات والتي تسعى دائما للتغلب عليها، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي لعرض متغيرات الدراسة، وقد وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن تفكير وسلوك القائد الإداري في إدارة الأزمات يختلف حسب الأنواع المختلفة لنمط القيادة في المؤسسة كما يقوم القائد الإداري بالتعامل مع الأزمة في كل مرحلة من مراحلها وقد أوصت إلى محاولة التنبؤ المبكر بالأزمات من خلال التحليل المستمر للمعلومات المتوفرة والتعرف على المؤشرات المبكرة لحدوث الأزمة. The study aims to try to know the role of administrative leadership in managing crises in institutions, which it always seeks to overcome, and we have relied in our study on the descriptive approach to present the study variables, and the study concluded that the thinking and behavior of the administrative leader in crisis management varies according to the different types of leadership style in the organization The administrative leader also deals with the crisis in each of its stages and has recommended an attempt to early forecast crises through continuous analysis of available information and identification of early indicators of the occurrence of the crisis.
