أثر أنماط القيادة الإدارية في مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في المؤسسة (دراسة ميدانية)

الملخص
المعرفة التنظيمية في مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بالجلفة، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية باستخدام استمارة الاستبيان، والتي تم تطبيقها على عينة حجمها (27) فرداً. توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة متوسطة على تواجد أنماط القيادة الإدارية في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة، ويعتبر النمط السائد هو (النمط القيادي الديمقراطي). كما تم استخلاص أن أفراد عينة الدراسة يوافقون بدرجة متوسطة على توافر عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة. أما بالنسبة للعلاقة التأثيرية بين المتغيرات فكانت نتائجها كالتالي: - عدم وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للنمط القيادي الحر في مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة؛ - وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للنمط القيادي الديمقراطي في مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة؛ - عدم وجود أثر دال إحصائياً للنمط القيادي الأوتوقراطي في مستوى عمليات إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية في المؤسسة قيد الدراسة. Abstract This study aimed to identify the effect of managerial leadership styles at the level of organizational knowledge management operations in electricity and gas distribution directorate in Djelfa, through a field study using the questionnaire, which was applied on a sample of (27) individuals. Results of the study found that the study sample moderately agree on the presence of managerial leadership styles in the institution under study, and the dominant style is the (democratic style). The study also concluded that the study sample agree moderately on the availability of organizational knowledge management operations in the institution under study. Regard to the influential relationship between variables the results were as follows: - The lack of statistically significant effect of the free-style leadership in the level of organizational knowledge management operations in the institution under study; - The existence of statistically significant effect of democratic leadership style in the level of organizational knowledge management operations in the institution under study; - The lack of statistically significant effect of the autocratic leadership style in the level of organizational knowledge management operations in the institution under study.
