Abstract

Abstract : in this paper , we address the process of obtaining a job in the Public Industrial Corporation. and its contribution to the development of the Algerian society, which is due to the importance of work and industrial institutions , in the development of society, through the provision of jobs and stability of its members and acquire knowledge. And ideas that are due to organizational changes, including the industrial institution "Triflor" in Oran, where the field study was conducted, and we found that they create jobs for different disciplines and rely on a range of stages to obtain, and thus contribute to the development of the individual and develop Society to control the economic and social its changes. الملخص: في هذه الورقة نتناول عملية الحصول على عمل في المؤسسة الصناعية العامة ومساهمتها في تنمية المجتمع الجزائري ، والذي يرجع إلى أهمية العمل والمؤسسات الصناعية في تنمية المجتمع ، من خلال توفير فرص العمل والاستقرار فيه واكتساب المعارف و الأفكار التي ترجع إلى التغييرات التنظيمية . بما في ذلك مؤسسة "TRIFLOR" في وهران " ووجدنا أنها تقوم بخلق الوظائف لمختلف التخصصات و تعتمد على مجموعة من المراحل للحصول عليه ، وبالتالي تساهم في تنمية الفرد والمجتمع للتحكم في تغيراته .
