سلوك الاستهلاك وقانون حماية المستهلك وسلامة المادة الغذائية في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
تهتم مختلف الدراسات في العلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية بمسألة الاستهلاك التي تعد حاجة من حاجات الانسان والفرد في المجتمع، خاصة حول سلوك المستهلك وأهمية ترشيدها التي لها علاقة بعدة عوامل لاكتسابها من عادات وسلوكيات تضمها ثقافته الاستهلاكية، وضرورة حصوله على المواد الاستهلاكية السليمة من حيث سلامة المادة الغذائية الذي خصه المشرع الجزائري بقانون حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش رقم 09-03 الذي يتضمن مختلف المراسيم التنفيذية لحمايته ضمن العملية الاستهلاكية بالمجتمع الجزائري، وعليه نتساءل فيما يتمثل دور وأهمية قانون حماية المستهلك وقمع الغش في حماية المستهلك وسلامة المادة الغذائية بالمجتمع الجزائري، وكيف نفسر السلوك الاستهلاكي والعوامل المؤثرة عليه وترشيده؟ بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لظاهرة الاستهلاك عند الفرد الجزائري، باستعمال تقنية المقابلة نصف موجهة على بعض المبحوثين من عينة عشوائية للأسر الجزائرية بمدينة وهران، وقد خلصت الدراسة بمجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي ندرجها ضمن هذه الورقة البحثية. Abstract: Various studies in the social and human sciences are interested in the question of consumption, considered as one of the needs of the human being and the individual in society, in particular on consumer behavior and the importance of rationalize it, which is linked to several factors. that it acquires habits and behaviors included in its consumer culture, and the need to obtain safe consumption materials in terms of safety of the food product that the Algerian legislator has designated it by the law on the protection of consumer and the repression of fraud n° 09-03. , which includes various executive decrees to protect it in the consumption process in Algerian society. Consequently, we wonder what is the role and importance of the law on consumer protection and the repression of fraud in consumer protection and food safety in Algerian society. and how we explain consumer behavior and the factors that influence it and rationalize it? Based on the descriptive analytical approach of the consumption phenomenon among the Algerian individual, using the semi-directive interview technique with a random sample of Algerian families in the city of Oran, the study concluded by a set of findings and recommendations that we include in this research paper.
