الملخص
ملخص: نتطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى مناقشة أثر الجائحة كوفيد-19 على الفئة الاجتماعية ذوي الدخل الضعيف المرتبط بنوع العمل والنشاط الممارس أثناء هذه الأزمة الصحية ،الاجتماعية والاقتصادية وما بعدها في المجتمع الجزائري ، بعد القرارات والتدابير التي اتخذتها السلطات العامة في فرض الحجر الصحي للحد من انتشار العدوى والفيروس بين أفراد المجتمع وتوقف حركتهم وحرية ممارسات بعض النشاطات التجارية، الاقتصادية والإدارية في المؤسسات العامة والخاصة، الذي أثر على هذه الفئة الاجتماعية الهشة ودخولهم في حالة اللامساواة الاجتماعية ، والبطالة الإجبارية وانعدام الدخل عند بعضهم والحاجة إلى المال لسد حاجاتها الاجتماعية، وتوصلنا إلى ضرورة إعادة النظر في العديد من المنظومات والسياسات التنظيمية للمجتمع حول منظومة الصحة ومنظومة التشغيل والعمل اللائق وفرض التأمينات والحماية الاجتماعية كما توصلنا إلى بعض من التوصيات الموضحًة من خلال هذا المقال. Abstract: In this research paper, we discuss the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the low-income social group related to the type of work and activity practiced during this health, social and economic crisis and beyond in Algerian society, after the decisions and measures taken by the public authorities in imposing quarantine to limit the spread Infection and virus among members of society and the cessation of their movement and the freedom to practice some commercial, economic and administrative activities in public and private institutions, which affected this vulnerable social group and their entry into a state of social inequality, compulsory unemployment, lack of income for some, and the need for money to meet their social needs, and we reached the necessity of restoring Considering many of the community’s organizational systems and policies regarding the employment system, decent work, imposing insurance, social protection and the health system. We have also reached some of the recommendations illustrated through this article.
