دورحاضنات الأعمال في استحداث مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة خضراء دراسة حالة حاضنات الأعمال لولاية البيض- بسكرة- أم البواقي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دو حاضنات الأعمال في تحقيق البعد البيئي للتنمية المستدامة من خلال التشجيع على انشاء مؤسسات خضراء والترويج لتبني السلوك الأخضر من طرف حاملي المشاريع وأصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، مستخدمين المنهج التحليلي ودراسة الحالة من خلال توزيع 36 وثيقة استبيان على حاملي المشاريع الذين تم احتضانهم على مستوى حاضنات الأعمال لكل من ولاية البيض- بسكرة - أم البواقي، ثم تحليلها بحزمة البرامج الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هذه الحاضنات الثلاث هي من بين الأمثلة النموذجية التي عملت على استحداث مؤسسات خضراء من خلال الدورات التكوينية والتدريبية وعملية المرافقة لحاملي المشاريع من أجل تنمية قدراتهم على تنفيذ نماذج أعمال جديدة صديقة للبيئة وتوفير منتجات بيئية وذلكبتبني السلوك الأخضر في مختلف نشاطات مؤسساتهم. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the Role of business incubators in achieving the environmental dimension of sustainable development by encouraging the establishment of green institutions and promoting the adoption of green behavior among project holders and owners of small and medium enterprises, using the analytical approach and case study by distributing 36 questionnaire documents that was distributed to the project holders who were Incubating them at the level of business incubators for each of the states of :El-Beidh - Biskra - Oum El Bouaghi, then analyzing them in the social statistical programs package spss. Where did the study find that these three incubators are among the typical examples that have worked to create green institutions through training and a process of accompanying project holders. Résumé: Cette étude vise à mettre en évidence le Rôle des pépinières d'entreprises dans la réalisation de la dimension environnementale du développement durable en encourageant la mise en place d'institutions vertes et en promouvant l'adoption d'un comportement vert chez les porteurs de projets et les propriétaires de petites et moyennes entreprises, en utilisant l'approche analytique et l'étude de cas en distribuant 36 questionnaires aux porteurs de projets incubés Au niveau des pépinières d'entreprises pour chacun des wilayas d' EL-Beidh - Biskra - Oum El Bouaghi, puis analysé par le package de programmes de statistiques sociales SPSS L'étude a révélé que ces trois incubateurs font partie des exemples typiques qui ont travaillé à la création d'institutions vertes par le biais de formations e et du processus d'accompagnement des porteurs de projets .
