دور المدن الذكية في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

الملخص
يتجسد التحضر بكافة أبعاد التنمية المستدامة في نموذج المدينة الذكية التي تجمع بين ثلاث ركائز أساسية ، تتمثل في ركيزة تقنية تعتمد على تكنولوجيا الاتصال و المعلومات و ركيزة بيئية وركيزة أخرى اجتماعية، حيث تساهم المدن الذكية في حل المشاكل البيئية و الحد من آثار الظواهر الطبيعية كتغير المناخ و تحقق تنمية اقتصادية و اجتماعية في نفس الوقت. لهذا تبنت الجزائر خيار اللحاق بهذا الركب فانتهجت من أجل ذلك استراتيجية لتنمية المدينة وعصرنتها وجعلها أكثر استدامة من خلال استحداث ترسانة قانونية إلى جانب تطوير عدة وسائط للتكنولوجيا في المجال الحضري إلا أن التجربة الجزائرية في هذا الشأن لا تزال فتية وتطرح عمليا العديد من الصعوبات،مما يحول دون تحقيق نموذج المدينة الذكية المأمول. كلمات مفتاحية: المدن الذكية ، التنمية المستدامة، التخطيط الحضري. The close link between urbanization and the dimensions of sustainable development, embody in the form of smart cities, which is a space that combines technical, environmental and social foundations. These cities contribute in limiting many environmental dilemmas such as pollution and climate change, As well as it contribute to achieving economic and social development. The Algerian State has chosen the option of smart cities, it has adopted a development strategy aimed at modernizing the city by the establishment of a legal arsenal, As well as the development of digital capacities in new cities and the deployment of several modes of technology in urban areas. However, Algeria's recent experience in this regard still poses many problems which prevent activating the requirements of the smart city.
