الملخص
الملخص: يُعتبر الوقف أحد أهم صور التبرّعات والقربات والطاعات التي يجود بها الإنسان المسلم طلبا للأجر والثواب. ويتفرّد الوقف إلى جانب ذلك بأهمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تجعل من مسألة تطويره مطلبا ضروريا ومقصدا شرعيا وقانونيا حتى تتحقّق أغراضه التي ينشأ من أجلها، وهو ما يُحّققه الوقف الرقمي الذي توظّق فيه التقنية الرقمية الحديثة بهدف عصرنة قطاع الأوقاف وتحسين خدماته، وهو ما يستهدفه هذا المقال بالبحث والدراسة. Abstract Waqf is considered one of the most important forms of donations, kinships and obedience that a Muslim man is offering for reward and reward. In addition, the waqf is unique in its economic and social importance, which makes the issue of its development a necessary requirement and a legitimate and legal purpose in order to achieve its purposes for which it is created, which is achieved by the digital endowment, which employs modern digital technology with the aim of modernizing the waqf sector and improving its services.
