أثر السياسة المالية على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر في ظل برامج الانعاش ودعم النمو الاقتصادي خلال الفترة (2000-2013)

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على دراسة أثر السياسة المالية على الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة بالإقتصاد الجزائري في ظل التحولات السياسية والاقتصادية التي يشهدها البلد من خلال برامج الإنعاش الاقتصادي بداية من سنة 2001 إلى سنة 2004، وبرنامج دعم النمو الاقتصادي للفترة 2005-2009 وأيضاً البرنامج الخماسي للفترة 2010-2014، ويهدف هذا الأخير إلى التحول من الريع إلى القيمة المضافة، ويستند التحليل في هذا الجانب على سلسلة بيانات سنوية للإقتصاد الجزائري (1990-2010)، وسوف يتم الإعتماد على إستخدام الأساليب الكمية القياسية، و نخص بالذكر نماذج الأشعة ذات الإنحدار الذاتي الهيكلية SVAR (Structural Vector Auto Regression Models) ، ونماذج تصحيح الخطأ ECM وإختبار السببية لغرانجر Granger Causality Relationship حيث يسمح لنا هذا التحليل للصدمات العشوائية بقياس الأثر المفاجئ في ظاهرة معينة على باقي المتغيرات. This study seeks to shed light on the study of the impact of monetary policy on foreign direct investment to economics Algerian under the political and economic transformations taking place in the country through the economic recovery programs beginning from the year 2001 to the year 2004 , and the program of support for economic growth for the period 2005-2009 and also the five-year program for the period 2010-2014 , and the latter aims to shift from rent -to-value -added , and based on the analysis in this aspect annual data series on the Algerian economy (1990-2010) , and will be relying on the use of quantitative methods standard , and singled out rays of regression models of self- structural SVAR (Structural Vector Auto Regression Models), and error correction models ECM and test for Granger causality Granger Causality Relationship where this analysis allows us to measure the impact of random shocks sudden phenomenon in particular on the rest of the variables .
