الأخصائي النفساني المدرسي في المنظومة التربوية الجزائرية: بين صعوبات الممارسة الإرشادية و تحديات المستقبل.

الملخص
يسعى هذا البحث لمناقشة موضوع مهم مرتبط بميدان العلوم اﻹجتماعيـــة و اﻹنسانية. فالتطور السريع الذي شهدنه مختلف الدول في عدة مستويات،والتطلعات الجديدة للمجتمع وما يجري في العالم من مستجدات وتغيرات ، أثر إما إيجابا أو سلبا على المعايير اﻹجتماعية ، و كذا المنظومات السلوكية التي كان الجميع يمتثل لها بما فيها التربية،التي تعتبر حجر الزاوية في تكوين الفرد حتى يصل إلى ما يصل إليه فكريا وتكوينه عمليا بالاتجاه الذي يريده و من ثم يندفع ليسهم مع الآخرين في صناعة واقع جديد يؤثر في توجهات المجتمع ومستقبله . وعليه كان نجاح العمل الإرشادي في المدرسة جزء أساسي من نجاح العملية التربوية، و الذي يعتمد بدرجة كبيرة على فاعلية الأخصائي في علم النفس المدرسي وأدائه لدوره بشكل فعال نتيجة لذلك أدركت الجزائر حديثا أهميته في المؤسسات التربوية حيث عملت على استحداث مناصب متخصصة في العمل الإرشادي بمؤسسات التعليم الثانوي و مؤخرا بالمتوسطات لكن رغم المهام النبيلة المنوطة به لم يرقى أداؤه إلى الهـدف المنشود بسبب العديد من الصعوبات و المشاكل المرتبطة بالممارسة الإرشادية، والتي دأبت الوصاية حديثا على التكفل بها لأجل السماح لهذا النفساني من أداء مهامه على أحسن مايرام. This research will seek to discuss this important topic related to the field of social and human sciences. The rapid development witnessed by various countries at several levels, the new aspirations of society and the developments and changes taking place in the world have affected either positively or negatively on social standards, as well as the behavioral systems that everyone was complying with, including education, which is the cornerstone of individual formation. Until he reaches what he reaches intellectually and formally in the direction he wants, and then he rushes to contribute with others in creating a new reality that affects the orientations and future of society. Accordingly, the success of the counseling work in the school was an essential part of the success of the educational process, which depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of the school psychologist and his effective performance . As a result, Algeria recently realized its importance in educational institutions where it worked to create specialized positions in the extension work in secondary educational institutions and recently middle, but despite the noble tasks entrusted to him, his performance did not rise to the desired goal due to the many difficulties and problems associated with the indicative practice, which the affliction recently had to provide for in order to allow this psychologist to perform his duties at his best.
